What we do with your details

What we collect

Only what you type into the booking form: your name, email address, WhatsApp number if you give one, the name of your hotel, your dates and what you want to rent. We also record the time of the booking and the IP address it came from, to keep out spam.

What we use it for

• To send you a confirmation email, and one short email after your rental asking how it went.
• To pass your booking to the rental company, so it can deliver and collect your ride and reach you if needed.
• To keep a record of bookings for our own administration.

We do not send newsletters and we do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

Who receives it

The rental company in Ninh Binh that provides your rental receives your booking details. Our emails are sent through an email delivery service (Brevo), and the site is hosted on a server in the Netherlands.

How long we keep it

Your personal details are removed from our records 12 months after your rental ends. The rental company keeps its own records, including the photo of your identity document taken at delivery, under its own responsibility.

Cookies and statistics

This site does not use tracking cookies. We count visits with a privacy-friendly statistics tool that does not identify you.
