1. What eBike Tam Coc is

eBike Tam Coc (ebiketamcoc.com) is an online booking service. We pass your reservation on to a local rental company in Ninh Binh, Vietnam (the "rental company"). We do not own, rent out, deliver or maintain any vehicles ourselves.

2. Who you rent from

Your rental agreement is between you and the rental company. The rental company delivers and collects the vehicle, receives your payment, and is responsible for the vehicle, its condition and the rental itself. Its name and contact details are in your confirmation email.

3. Booking and payment

• A booking through this site is a reservation. You pay nothing online.
• You pay the full rental amount to the rental company's driver when the vehicle is delivered, in cash in Vietnamese dong or by bank transfer.
• The price shown when you book is the price you pay. Delivery to and pickup from hotels in Tam Coc and Ninh Binh city are included.
• At delivery the driver takes a photo of your passport or driving licence. You keep the original.
• If the rental company cannot fulfil your booking, for example because a vehicle is unavailable or your accommodation is outside its delivery area, it will contact you. In that case you owe nothing.

4. Changing or cancelling

You can change or cancel a booking free of charge by contacting the rental company, using the contact details in your confirmation email. Please do so as early as possible, ideally the evening before delivery.

5. Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 16 years old to ride an electric motorbike.
• You ride at your own risk. Follow Vietnamese traffic law, wear a helmet on the motorbike, and do not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Check the vehicle together with the driver at delivery and report anything you notice.
• Look after the vehicle, lock it when you park and return it at the agreed time.
• Damage, loss, theft or fines caused by you are your responsibility, and are settled directly between you and the rental company.
• Make sure you have travel insurance that covers you for riding. We do not provide insurance.

6. Our role and liability

eBike Tam Coc acts only as an intermediary between you and the rental company. We are not a party to the rental agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the vehicle, its condition or availability, for delivery or pickup, or for any accident, injury, damage, loss, delay or cost arising from the rental or from riding. Any claim about the rental is a matter between you and the rental company.

We do our best to keep the information on this site accurate, including prices, distances and local rules, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or always up to date.
